Marcap advised Paima in the sale to the Chanel group
Paima is a leading company in the production of knitwear for the most prestigious luxury brands worldwide.
Chanel's investment is based on a more than twenty-year relationship between the two entities and is motivated by converging interests aimed at protecting the luxury supply chain and developing the company.
The Marabini family, owner of the knitwear factory, has been assisted by Marcap in the sale of 70% of the company which, in 2021, achieved a turnover of over 70 million euros.
