ALESSANDRO GUZZINI

Chairman of the Board of Directors

Alessandro started his career as a management consultant at JMAC Europe and co-founded Finlabo SIM in 2005 with Anselmo Pallotta.
He is a member of AIAF (Italian Association of Financial Analysts) and a member of the Board of Directors of Finlabo Investments Sicav.
He was a contract Professor at the University of Macerata.

PIER FRANCO GIORGI

Chief Executive Officer

Pier Franco boasts thirty years of experience in banking and finance; after a period at the Bank of Italy, he assumed important positions in regional and multinational banks.
He was also Chief Executive Officer in an asset management company active in Private Equity focused on SMEs in the Marche region.
Furthermore, he is Senior Advisor in Accenture on Compliance, Governance and Risk Management issues, and Professor of the Risk Management course at the Faculty of Economics of the Marche Polytechnic University.

MICHELE BURINI

Senior Analyst

Michele began his work experience in the Indesit Group in the Planning and Management Control office of the Group and then moved to its London subsidiary (Merloni UK Ltd), as Controller of the English branch.
Back in Italy, he founded and became director of Gepro, a company active in the car rental sector.
Following this professional experience, Michele assisted SMEs in the Planning & Control and administration fields.
In Marcap since 2014, Michele assits clients in various sectors in the creation of Business Plans, budgets, company valuations and in M&A transactions.

SIMONE GIUGGIOLONI

Board member

After a professional experience as a financial analyst at Citybank, where he had the opportunity to participate in the analysis and structuring of financing transactions for bank customers, and an experience as a financial analyst at Prometeia, Simone became a Chartered Accountant and owner of an accountant’s office in Osimo.

CARLO PAOLUCCI

Statutory Auditor

His professional activity matured at the Rolando Paolucci Commercial Office in Civitanova Marche and at the Pretini and Lisi Office in Macerata. The national tax planning of companies and corporate structures as well as the tax planning of individuals represent his main area of activity. However, over the years, Carlo has also gained in-depth professional experience in Corporate Finance for SMEs in the Marche region, assisting various clients in financial restructuring operations and in debt and equity raising.

FEDERICO FONTANELLI

Junior Analyst

Federico graduated with honors in Economics and Finance at the Marche Polytechnic University.
Subsequently, he gained experience as a financial analyst at Banca Profilo, in the Equity Research Office, where he followed SMEs listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, elaborating investment recommendations based on fundamental analysis and managing relations between listed companies and investors.
After this experience, Federico joined the Marcap team where he assists clients in M&A transactions and in the field of financial planning and company valuation.
